This product is a prototype development of a three-dimensional seismic isolation device that accommodates vertical seismic isolation in addition to conventional seismic isolation devices. Equipped with newly developed support mechanisms for both horizontal and vertical directions, it significantly reduces seismic motion compared to conventional devices. In evaluation tests at one of the largest vibration testing facilities in the country, it demonstrated excellent performance by blocking vibrations that were 1.5 times stronger than actual earthquakes. 【Features】 - Composed of a two-axis horizontal seismic isolation mechanism and a vertical seismic isolation mechanism. - The two-axis horizontal seismic isolation mechanism features floating pads that perform minimal levitation on a precisely machined base over 2 meters on each side, blocking horizontal displacement. - The vertical seismic isolation mechanism blocks vertical displacement through a large spring and a special linkage mechanism. - The parallel arrangement of the linkage mechanisms allows it to accommodate large, slow vertical vibrations. - Manufactured using various technologies such as large-scale machining, coil springs, and precision assembly, it is capable of producing not only seismic isolation devices but also various experimental and development equipment. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
